Service OutlineWe provide a fully insured residential external bin cleaning service within the following areas:- Folkestone- Hythe- Hawkinge- Capel-le-Ferne- SandgateWe will only clean council issued bins of the following sizes:- Wheelie bin (max. 240L)- Recycling box (max. 55L)- Food waste caddy (max. 23L)2. Pricing£10.99 - All bins - Recurring service only£8 - Per bin£4 - Food Waste£2 - Recycling BoxAll prices are subject to change. Customers will be notified beforehand.3. FrequencyAll pricing options may be serviced on the following durations:- Recurring - 4-Weekly - Only payable via Direct Debit or contactless card- One-off4. Payment MethodAccepted methods of payment are:- Direct Debit: A mandate must be signed prior to first clean- Contactless: Payment is required prior to first clean5. Customer Responsibilities- All selected bins must be in a safe, accessible location close to the property- Bins must be identifiable. If a bin is unmarked, the service may be missed- All bins must be empty prior to cleaning. Any rubbish found will be bagged & placed back in the bin- Customers are responsible for notifying us of changes to collection dates, access arrangements, contact details or any other reason why your bins may be unserviceableFailure to comply with these requirements does not void payment. Customers will still be required to pay on time for their service6. Service RefusalWe may refuse service for the following reasons:- Excessive quantities of bio-waste (e.g. faeces, vomit)- Any sharp objects (e.g. needles, knives)- Potential health & safety risks5. Cancellations- Services may be cancelled anytime prior to their first clean- A service may be terminated at any time by us for any reason7. Amendments- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified regarding amendments within reasonable notice in advance.- Customer will be notified of significant amendments to their service within reasonable notice in advance.8. DataDyrob Limited collect, store & process customer information for the purpose of managing customer service & payments in compliance with ICO.
